Deadline for Site Remediation Consultants
Property owners, municipalities, schools or other entities remediating polluted sites in New Jersey have until May 7 to hire private-sector consultants, known as Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP), and parties must proceed with the cleanup without prior approval from the state Department of Environmental Protection.
