Gallucci first of the all-star lineup of speakers and panelists to be announced for the event

2026 NJCC Summit Keynote Speaker John Gallucci

John A. Gallucci Jr., MS, ATC, PT, DPT, the CEO of JAG Physical Therapy, one of the fastest-growing comprehensive physical and occupational therapy practices providing rehabilitative care to patients and sports teams in over 170 locations across the Northeast, will be a keynote speaker at the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce’s ReNew Jersey Business Summit & Expo, scheduled for March 31 and April 1 at Harrah’s Atlantic City.

On March 31, Gallucci’s keynote will explore the challenges, leadership lessons, and entrepreneurial drive behind building a thriving healthcare business. He will share insights from his professional journey, including his role as associate chief medical officer for Major League Soccer and his work as a sports medicine consultant to professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, NHL, and Major League Baseball. Gallucci will also discuss his commitment to New Jersey, along with the benefits and challenges of operating a business in the state.

“New Jersey has played a critical role in my professional journey, and I’m proud to build and grow a healthcare organization here,” said Gallucci. “I’m looking forward to sharing the lessons I’ve learned as an entrepreneur and healthcare leader, and to engaging with fellow business leaders about how we can continue to strengthen New Jersey’s business environment while delivering meaningful impact to the communities we serve.”

Recognized by ROI-NJ as one of the Top 20 Influencers in Healthcare and by BINJE as one of the top business leaders in the state, Gallucci has received numerous honors, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Regional Award and the American Physical Therapy Association of New Jersey’s Distinguished Professional of the Year Award. He was named to BINJE’s 2026 Power List of the state’s top business leaders, and NJBIZ’s 2025 Health Care Power List, recognized on ROI-NJ’s Power List for Healthcare Life Sciences, and inducted into Dominican University’s Alumni Hall of Achievement. In 2025, Gallucci was also named an NJBIZ Executive Excellence Award nominee and appointed to the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce.

“John Gallucci will be part of the Summit’s powerhouse lineup of New Jersey executives highlighting the advantages of doing business in our state,” said Tom Bracken, president and CEO of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. “The goal of the Summit is to inspire business leaders, examine how to leverage New Jersey’s strengths, and explore strategies to make the state’s business climate even more competitive – particularly under the new Sherrill administration.”

ReNew Jersey Business Summit & Expo

The two-day ReNew Jersey Business Summit & Expo is expected to draw more than 900 business leaders from across the state and will feature keynote addresses, timely panel discussions on New Jersey’s economic competitiveness, an all-day business expo, and extensive networking opportunities. More than 100 exhibitors will showcase products and services from across the Garden State, with a total of 50 speakers and 15 sessions focused on the state economy.

Two large networking receptions are scheduled: an evening cocktail reception on March 31 and a morning breakfast reception on April 1. The second day of the Summit will focus on critical issues and economic growth opportunities – and how they will be addressed by the Sherrill administration and state legislative leaders.

Panel discussions will cover topics including energy affordability, reliability, and sustainability; the future of higher education in New Jersey; pressing healthcare challenges; the state’s innovation economy; positioning New Jersey for economic development; and assessing the state’s overall competitiveness. The event also includes an all-day business expo on March 31, offering attendees valuable opportunities to connect and network.

Attendees will include executives from large and small businesses, state and local government officials, and representatives from labor, academia, nonprofits, trade associations, and the media.
