(Russ DeSantis Photo and Video)We are deeply saddened by the passing of Bob Podvey, one of New Jersey’s most respected attorneys and a longtime member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Bob’s leadership, friendship, and dedication to the state and its business community will be greatly missed.

In honor of Bob’s legacy, his family has requested that donations be made to the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Payne Scholars Fellowship Program. The program provides recent college graduates with the opportunity to learn about and engage in New Jersey’s political and public policy landscape, with many alumni going on to distinguished careers in government and the private sector.

The fellowship program is named in memory of the late William Payne, the Chamber’s longtime operations manager and Walk to Washington organizer for more than 30 years, and a dear friend of Bob’s.

See Bob's obituary here.
