Who We Are

The NJ Chamber Young Professionals networking group is composed of business professionals and corporate leaders between the ages of 21 and 40 who are focused on building meaningful connections, advancing their careers, and making a positive impact on the New Jersey business community and their local communities.

RECENT EVENT: Mastering the Mix – Sharpen Your Skills, Then Work the Room

More than 150 young professionals joined students from Kean University for a dynamic professional development and networking event, “Mastering the Mix – Sharpen Your Skills, Then Work the Room.” The program featured an interactive session led by Caitlin Lopez, NJ Chamber Communications & Events Coordinator and co-leader of the Young Professionals Network, who shared practical strategies for building meaningful professional connections.

Following the presentation, attendees had the opportunity to immediately apply what they learned in a lively networking environment – turning insight into action and connections into opportunities.
